Thank you so much for my prize, needless to say that I have not had a holiday in 17 years, since my husband Jeffrey was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. And now 16 years on, he is wheel chair bound, doubly incontinent and blind. He needs 24 hour care and is unable to do anything for himself, also after many strokes he has severe dysphsia (unable to talk coherently).
Myself and my daughter, are his main carers and this trip is our lottery and is very much appreciated.
